This 7.25 inch long Westmark handheld radish rose cutter is used for garnishing radishes into rose like petals. You place the radish on the spoonlike holder and then squeeze the handles to force the blades through it, producing a rose with eight sections and a round core in the center. Place the radish into chilled water so the radish opens more fully into a rose. The tips of this gadget will also cut a zigzag pattern along the rim of hollowed-out citrus
fruits. Silver coated enameled carbon steel. Made in Germany. (Q5120)
